Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Functional Fitness Class Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional fitness, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to helping participants improve their overall health and fitness.
The Functional Fitness Instructor will be responsible for the following:
- Plan and lead functional fitness classes that cater to various fitness levels.
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form and technique.
- Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate different abilities.
- Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
- Track and report class attendance and client progress.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques
- American Red Cross or AHA CPR AED First Aid certified
- Group Fitness Instructor certification (NCCA accredited provider)
- Functional Training certification or Cross Fit certification (NCCA accredited provider)
