Location : Military Sealift Command, Norfolk, VA
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000 annually
Schedule : Monday - Friday

Specific Duties and Tasks :
- Lead the health promotion program at the installation level, including planning and coordinating activities.
- Conduct wellness screenings, educational classes, incentive programs, health fairs, and New Employee Orientations.
- Perform biometric measurements (height, weight, BMI / body composition, blood pressure).
- Educate participants on health awareness and lifestyle modification.
- Ensure programs are staffed appropriately and adjust work schedules as needed.
- Evaluate programs and provide progress reports.
- Maintain current knowledge of health promotion topics and ensure materials are up-to-date.
- Coordinate and maintain supplies, equipment, and files.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager and Operations Manager.
- Support travel to both CONUS and OCONUS for ship visits and worksite events.
