We are seeking a dedicated Lounge Attendant to join our team at The Biltmore Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests in the lounge area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and enhancing their overall experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in the lounge area, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge space.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages as per guest requests.
- Monitor guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Assist with any inquiries or issues that arise during guests' time in the lounge.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
