The Business Management team at MLP performs a wide range of functions across the organization, primarily supporting the senior leadership and core infrastructure departments, excluding Technology. This role involves significant interaction and coordination with leadership, business managers, and the finance and human resources teams. This is a contract position with the potential to transition to a permanent role.

Principal Responsibilities

• Business Management Support : Assist in day-to-day functions including budgeting, planning, approvals, and overseeing projects and initiatives.
• Financial Analysis : Conduct comprehensive analyses on financials and business metrics.
• Reporting and Metrics : Maintain various business metrics and reporting decks, including the creation of PowerPoint presentations.

Qualifications / Skills Required

The estimated base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $140,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
