The Project Manager role in Corporate Technology is a critical function. The BA/PM team is responsible for requirements documentation, business analysis, project delivery, program management, domain knowledge, and collaboration with all teams involved in the software development lifecycle. The team covers all post-trade processes, including all middle office and back office functions.
This role will specifically focus on supporting the Corporate Technology Production Support, Quality Engineering and Developer Services teams. These teams are responsible for production support, testing and ownership of critical applications that interface with the Middle Office, Operations, and Treasury teams. These applications contribute to the firm’s PnL calculations, risk management, and regulatory reporting. The team also works closely with development to ensure that the environment is stable, resilient, and that new features and functionality are delivered in a timely and orderly fashion.
Principal Responsibilities

Manage and deliver Corporate Technology-sponsored and business-driven projects, including:
- Infrastructure-related projects
- Business continuity planning
- Process improvement projects
- Tools/Application Development projects
- Build and manage project plans, maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Create presentations and spreadsheets to effectively communicate project status, metrics, and other relevant information
- Communicate project status to team members and stakeholders, escalating issues and risks as needed
- Conduct business analysis to understand and document business requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all project members and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
Qualifications/Skills Required
- 3-5 years of project management experience coordinating technical projects across multiple teams / functional areas
- Proven track record of hands-on project delivery experience at an Investment Bank, Software Vendor, Exchange or ATS, or Buy Side Firm
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., SDLC, agile) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate to all levels of staff
- Business analysis skills is desired but not required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and have a strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with an independent/ self-starter work ethic
The estimated base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $175,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
Salary : $100,000 - $175,000
