Title: Paint Prep Technician
Job summary:
Prior to painting Recreational Vehicles; Blue dye entire unit, use DA, scuff pad, identify quality concerns based on company’s expectations.
Summary of essential job functions:
Preparing the unit for prep to sand unit. While using DA and scuff pads, and block sanders unit. Must be able to climb, bend, twist and squat to sand all required parts of the Recreational Vehicle as the company sees fit. Must be able to successfully use the DA so no DA marks can be found while also identifying areas of concern and fixing them.
Minimum requirements:
Excellent attendance. Detail oriented. Able to work at a competitive group speed. **Must have at least 1 year of experience in Paint Prep.**
Abilities required:
Have the ability to climb ladders and scaffolds comfortably.
Job Type: Full-time
