Position Summary:
As a Lead Generator, you’ll play a key role in introducing high-net-worth individuals and institutions to exclusive private equity opportunities in the oil and gas sector. You'll be the first voice they hear—building trust, sparking interest, and setting the stage for our experienced closers to finalize deals.
The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator who thrives in a structured, success-driven environment, is open to coaching, and possesses the tenacity to turn conversations into actionable leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and qualify prospective investors via phone calls, introducing them to our redevelopment offerings.
- Provide exceptional service, ensuring prospects receive accurate, compelling information.
- Collaborate closely with our experienced team of closers to transition qualified leads into closed deals.
- Manage relationships and build trust with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Utilize provided high-quality lead lists, while proactively identifying new business opportunities through networking and outreach.
- Track and meet daily and weekly outreach targets.
