Millennium Physician Group is seeking to hire a full-time Facilities Maintenance to join the team in the Charlotte County area. We are looking for a new team member who is positive, energetic, well-organized, has the ability to multi-task, and think outside of the box. We want someone who supports our top initiative of ensuring an excellent patient experience!
This position earns competitive compensation plus a full benefits package including 401(k) with match and 3 weeks of PTO! The facilities maintenance staff keeps buildings / grounds / facilities in safe working order. Has extensive experience in a variety to repair needs including but not limited to : knowledge of electricity, carpentry, painting, rigging, relocating / installing equipment, moving items to / from storage, drywall, knockdown, flooring, plumbing, etc. Performs repairs, improvements or upkeep from a task list as prioritized by Facilities Manager in a timely fashion for all locations. May work weekends / late evenings to accomplish some tasks while employees are not in the offices. Must perform all duties utilizing all safety guidelines and safety equipment as set forth by OSHA. All other duties as assigned.
