Responsibilities

• Vetco Hospital veterinarian relief shifts may include well visits, puppy/kitten appointments, preventive care, diagnostic workups, outpatient surgeries, and dental procedures and more. 
• Before your first shift as a contractor, you will connect with our staff to let them know how you like to work and to learn more about the hospital.
• You can expect to see a manageable number of pets per day, with 15- and 30-minute appointment blocks.
  
  

RELIEF VET Requirements (non-negotiable)

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine state license in good standing
• Appropriate state-specific licensing to perform all shift functions
• DEA in good standing
• Ability to provide Certification of Insurance (COI) license defense policy
• Compliance with all local state and federal mandates
