responsible for coordinating and managing the schedules of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet patient needs by assigning shifts, managing time off requests, and communicating schedule changes to both CNAs and care team members, while maintaining compliance with staffing regulations and patient care standards.
