Process Innovation : Design and optimize production workflows from raw materials through final shipping
Engineering Excellence : Create mechanical systems and products using cutting-edge 3D design software
Project Leadership : Build and guide cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing improvements
Data Analysis : Assess production processes and metrics to drive efficiency enhancements
Technical Development : Utilize simulation tools and risk assessments to streamline operations
Process Improvement : Implement Lean-Six Sigma methodologies to enhance manufacturing quality
Documentation : Create standardized operating procedures for new and upgraded processes
Team Collaboration : Partner with production teams to resolve technical challenges
Safety & Compliance : Ensure all processes meet quality standards and safety regulations
Software Implementation : Apply coding skills (Python, G-Code, VBA) to automate and improve processes

Education : Bachelor's degree in Industrial Process Engineering or related field

Experience : 5 years in manufacturing / industrial environment, print industry experience preferred

Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of production processes and 3D Design Software

Lean-Six Sigma : Proven experience with process improvement methodologies

Coding Skills : Proficiency in Python, G-Code, VBA, or similar languages

Software Proficiency : Experience with SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or Inventor

Project Management : Ability to lead multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Communication : Strong verbal and written skills for cross-functional collaboration

Analytical Thinking : Sharp problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Leadership : Demonstrated ability to guide teams and influence outcomes

Detail Oriented : Meticulous attention to accuracy in engineering work

Business Acumen : Understanding of manufacturing operations and efficiency drivers
