What You'll Do
- Operational Leadership: Drive "best-in-class" manufacturing operations through transformational leadership and strategic implementation of continuous improvement methodologies
- Safety and Quality Management: Reinforce a strong Safety, Security, and Quality culture, maintaining a safe working environment that protects people, product, environment, and quality
- Performance Optimization: Set and communicate objectives for Packaging teams, owning and reviewing scorecards with management to ensure high-performance outcomes
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with leadership to create and implement holistic solutions that meet business objectives and drive operational excellence
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in processes, procedures, and operations that positively impact quality, safety, security, productivity, and profitability
- Team Development: Provide direction, leadership, mentoring, and motivation to build and maintain a high-performing organization
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and customer/industry standards
- Operational Oversight: Manage production scheduling, budgets, and ensure consistency across shifts through active engagement on the production floor
What You'll Bring
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 10 years of plant operations management with proven track record of driving operational excellence
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with ERP systems, particularly in leading ERP implementation
- Manufacturing Expertise: Significant experience in high-volume, high-speed production and 24/7 manufacturing operations
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven thinking and exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient with MS Office Suite and advanced analytical tools
- Communication Capabilities: Excellent collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to achieve results in team-oriented environments
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L statements, budgeting, and cost control mechanisms
