What You'll Do:
- Production Support: Coordinate materials, tooling, and equipment to optimize workflow
- Material Management: Facilitate inventory movements and maintain accurate transactions
- Schedule Optimization: Create and adjust production schedules to maximize efficiency
- Data Analysis: Track and report production metrics through regular calculations
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of daily production activities and quality standards
- Communication: Share updates through various platforms including spreadsheets and Microsoft Teams
- Goal Setting: Update and communicate production targets to enhance team performance
- Process Improvement: Analyze operational data to identify and implement enhancements
- Team Support: Assist with training initiatives and corrective action processes
- Resource Coordination: Help managers optimize work assignments and resource allocation
What You'll Bring:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility: Ability to work extended hours as business needs require
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Warehouse Knowledge: Understanding of scanning processes and pallet management
- System Experience: Familiarity with warehouse management tools (Veracore experience a plus)
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Communication: Excellence in verbal and written interaction with team members
- Industry Experience: Prior warehouse environment experience preferred
- Language Skills: Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
- Adaptability: Ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
