What You Will Do
- Support production lines throughout the entire manufacturing cycle
- Partner with the production team to meet customer requirements and quality standards
- Maintain departmental run speeds and productivity efficiencies
- Follow safety procedures and good housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with material handling and equipment setup
- Monitor production processes and identify potential issues
- Help troubleshoot and resolve minor production problems
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production area
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard procedures
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods during shift
- Capability to lift, push, and pull materials as required
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production priorities
- Basic math skills for production counting and measurement
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
