Job Description

We are looking for a maintenance technician/ handyman to join our team, responsible for maintaining all properties in Millennium's portfolio. The selected candidate should be able to troubleshoot and solve problems, work independently, have extensive knowledge and experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and construction. They should also have good communication skills, multitasking ability, and follow-up skills to ensure the completion of projects and tasks.

The day-to-day responsibilities of the maintenance technician include but are not limited to snow shoveling, lawn mowing, minor plumbing repairs, painting, HVAC repairs, commercial building inspections, and other on-site property maintenance tasks.

The pay range for this position is $19/hr - $25/hr, depending on the candidate's experience.

*This job position requires the employee to supply their own vehicle with the employer supplying mileage reimbursement at the federal rate or higher*

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
