What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Millennium Realty Solutions?
Highly motivated and organized individual needed for administrative and clerical office duties. Candidate must be punctual, friendly, competent with basic computer applications, and have good communication and customer service skills. Part-time duties with the option for full-time if desired. Excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing real estate, property management, and construction business. Experience in the real estate or construction fields is a plus but not required. Plenty of upside potential for a qualified individual to assume increasing managerial responsibilities, promotions, and salary increases. Starting compensation of $25-35 per hour depending upon qualifications with room for increases.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones, scheduling estimates, projects, and showings, billing clients, bookkeeping, data entry, ordering materials, contacting contractors, and miscellaneous other office tasks.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
