- Assist in managing daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
- Supervise staff, providing training and guidance to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management, particularly with a focus on guest satisfaction and exceeding service expectations.
- Strong background in restaurant management with knowledge of Aloha.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
