Job Summary
The Director of Global Supply Chain, you will inspire, coordinate, and lead Millennium’s supply chain organization to deliver high quality parts on time and on cost, with considerations for continuous improvement, driving reduction in cost, with focus on quality. The director is the advocate for the team to ensure they have the required resources to exceed customer expectations. You will directly manage general procurement, material planning, demand planning, approved supplier list and shipping, receiving and inventory.
This position's internal job code is Procurement Multi-fam Spec. Our team is currently hiring for a Level L.

Responsibilities
- Support and execute to a clear, high-level vision for the supply chain organization, aligning with company goals and growth strategies
- Establish and maintain long-term agreements with key suppliers to ensure continuity and stability in the supply chain
- Drive supply chain contributions to major proposal and pursuit activities, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and cost expectations
- Strengthen supply chain resiliency by identifying and mitigating risks across global and domestic supply bases
- Provide mentorship and regular feedback through 1:1 meetings and formal performance reviews
- Minimum 10 years experience in supply chain
- Minimum 8 years experience as a leader
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or Supply Chain
- Demonstrated ability to scale supply chain rate capability
- Active TS/SCI
