ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for day to day activities of each customer - ordering, production, delivery, quality.
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports.
- Travels to customer and suppler facilities for meetings and tours.
- Develops quotations for management approval.
- Responsible for issuing and tracking of budget items as they relate to each specific customer.
- Provides input into quality matters relating to specific customers’ accounts.
- Maintains parts lists for related accounts.
- Monitors and controls inventory levels for related accounts.
- Provides information to operations concerning customer requirements.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma and some college or university training preferred; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and work instructions; effectively present information and respond to questions from peers, management and customers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to convert from English to metric or vice versa.
SOFTWARE SKILLS: Intermediate skills in using standard desktop programs such as Microsoft Access, Word, Power Point and Excel. Experience in working with an ERP system desired.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and manage a variety of variables. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to use various personal computer software.
