As our Product Manager and Category Lead, you will be a strategic leader driving the direction, growth, and financial performance of the telecom equipment portfolio. This role combines strategic thinking, market insight, and hands-on execution to ensure the success of the product category. Key responsibilities include managing the P&L, developing client programs, setting growth targets, defining and implementing product strategies, and collaborating with sales to identify new market opportunities. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a passion for cross-functional collaboration to drive business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive profitable revenue growth for the equipment business line.
- Identify new market opportunities and implement business development initiatives to expand market share.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure that growth strategies align with organizational goals and market demands.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging equipment trends and assess customer needs.
- Provide sales enablement resources to the sales team to effectively sell products and support Clients.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Collaborate closely with sales, the broadband solutions team, and supply chain to manage the lifecycle of equipment offerings, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and remarketing.
- Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and implement tailored equipment sales and rental programs.
- Partner with clients to understand their unique equipment needs and design flexible solutions, including purchase, lease, or rental options.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to negotiate favorable contracts, pricing, and terms for equipment procurement.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key vendors, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews to ensure optimal service delivery and proactively address issues.
- Work closely with supply chain, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless equipment sourcing, delivery, and maintenance processes.
- Monitor equipment KPI’s, gather feedback from clients and stakeholders, and analyze data to drive continuous improvement.
What Will Make You Successful:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry and position-related experience.
- Proven experience in product management or category leadership in the telecom, technology, or similar industries.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to manage and optimize P&L.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Experience with vendor negotiations and managing vendor relationships.
- Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of the equipment lifecycle, from sourcing and procurement to remarketing and client solutions.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and the ability to analyze industry trends and customer insights.
