Position : Customer Service - Product Recall Associate – Urgent Need
Location : Tempe, AZ
Duration : 3 Months Contract
Total Hours / week : 40.00
1st shift
Must be able to work shifts ranging from 5 : 00am – 5 : 00pm AZ time Monday thru Friday and an occasional Saturday if business needs dictate
Description :
Essential Job Functions :
- Determines requirements by working with sales force and customers
- Utilize JD Edwards ERP system / database to record activities and research information
- Handle Recall Process from start to finish
- Document all transactions
- Provide support and assistance to the outside sales force
- Handle requests for returned product
- Complete transactions for Return Goods, Trade-outs
- Respond to inquiries by clarifying desired information; research, locate, and provide information; escalates unresolved issues
- Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests
