Position : Data Analyst

Data base and SAP experience preferred

The Data Analyst is responsible for developing, quantifying and evaluating the transformation of internal and external information into business intelligence to support the strategic objectives of the sales organization and drive operational excellence. Includes data and technology management (data acquisition, mining, analysis, data integrity management, metrics management, and reporting.) In addition, supports and overlooks sales force effectiveness initiatives, specifically around sales management, planning, marketing and other parts of the business to promote sales excellence through metrics management, analyses of sales results, customer segmentation and targeting and coaching.

Typically is a college / university graduate or has equivalent experience. Has basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a job family or skill. Applies knowledge and skills to complete own work. Depends on others for instruction, guidance and direction. Develops competence in own area by performing routine work.

Experience or Equivalent :

• One or more years of experience in analytics
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office and proficient with MS Excel and / or other similar databases
• Can quickly learn new products, applications and systems.
• Preferred Basic understanding of SAP functionality.
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to follow established policies and procedures
• Demonstrated results oriented capabilities
• Adaptability; learns quickly and responds positively to complexity and change.
• Comfortable working in an environment that is constantly evolving.
