- Interact with mechanics and techs to understand what is needed for the repair of the vehicle
- Provide accurate estimates for service or repairs
- Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
- write precise notes on recommended maintenance and services
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
*Qualifications*
- Mechanical knowledge to understand automotive services and repairs
- Experience in automotive sales is a plus
- Familiarity with services such as suspension work, oil changes, diesel engine repair, auto body repair, automotive diagnostics, and general automotive service
- Strong customer service skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work collaboratively with service technicians
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
