Role Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Digital Media Manager to lead paid media efforts across a range of platforms, including Google Ads, social media, streaming TV, and programmatic channels. This is a mid-level position perfect for someone with a proven track record of managing diverse media campaigns and driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically develop and implement paid media plans across digital, social, video, and search platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
- Manage campaign setup, QA, approvals, and day-to-day operations while ensuring alignment with KPIs and timelines.
- Collaborate with clients to discuss strategy, progress, and campaign performance.
- Provide post-campaign analysis with actionable insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Assist with development of media plans with clear strategy and rationale.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, platforms, and best practices in digital media buying.
- Complete monthly billing processes efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of media experience (agency, publisher, or client-side) with a focus on paid digital, social, and search media buying.
- Proficiency with digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and programmatic DSPs.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work with data and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and collaborative attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with analytics tools like Looker Studio or Google Data Studio.
