As a Senior Estimating Specialist, you will play a key role in creating accurate and detailed estimates for our projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the preparation of detailed takeoffs and documents using software tools and resources.
- Reviewing and understanding contractual terms and conditions to ensure compliance.
- Assisting project managers with quote solicitations and reviewing supplier and subcontractor quotes.
- Attending pre-bid and pre-construction meetings as assigned by the Chief Estimator or Group Managers.
