Lead Cabinet Installer - 5 yrs exp

Job Summary:
We are looking for a LEAD installer to join our team. As a lead installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various cabinets. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail. You must immediately be able to go to job site and install high end custom cabinets as print shows. Run various crown, base, shoe and scribe cabinetry tight to walls and floor if needed.

Duties:
- Install and repair cabinetry
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete installations safely
- Complete trim carpentry work to ensure a finished appearance
- Follow schematics and blueprints to guide installations
- Inspect completed installations for quality assurance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in installation or a related field is required
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Must have valid drivers license with good driving record
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
