About the Role:

The Manager is tasked with scheduling regular maintenance, coordinating repairs, managing maintenance inventory, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and working to reduce operational costs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in fleet, machine and equipment management, logistics, transportation, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing vehicle maintenance, machine, maintenance, equipment maintenance repairs, and compliance.
- Understanding of vehicle mechanics, machine maintenance, equipment mechanics, maintenance schedules, and repair processes.
- Knowledge of fuel efficiency and vehicle, machines and equipment lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, OSHA standards, and other relevant laws.
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage scheduling, vehicle, machine and equipment assignments, and team coordination.
- Ability to handle emergencies, such as breakdowns or accidents, efficiently.
- Effective communication to interact with drivers, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
- CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) or understanding of CDL requirements for fleet vehicles.

- Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for all vehicles, machines and equipment.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance to ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain records of all service, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Inspect vehicles, machines and equipment regularly for safety, cleanliness, and road/jobsite worthiness.
- Ensure all vehicles, machines and equipment comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including licensing and inspections.
- Monitor compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and other industry standards.
- Monitor driver performance, including adherence to schedules and safety standards.
- Address driver concerns or complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
