Job Summary :
The Landscape Foreman is responsible for working with the Supervisor and their crew to install and carry out hardscaping and softscaping projects on an ongoing basis, identifying needs on a jobsite (Garden Bed Installation, Planting / Horticulture, Grading, Sod, Seeding / Overseeding, Artificial Turf, Drainage, Pavers / Slabs, Retaining / Freestanding Wall, Boulder Wall, Landscape Steps, Natural Stone / Paver Edging, Fire Pit), understanding and delegating tasks to crew members, communicating expectations thoroughly, meeting with Supervisor to review jobsite plans, directing the progress of the project, assisting in the installation of all projects, as well as ensuring that a quality job is performed in an effective and professional manner. In-office training and education is provided. This position is applicable in both residential and commercial settings.
