We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our results-driven team! This role is essential in supporting both our internal and external customers. You'll play a pivotal role in generating reports, fine-tuning our customer portal, and handling website updates. You will work closely with our external IT managed services provider to support software upgrades, network solutions and troubleshoot user issues efficiently.
As an IT Support Specialist, you will assist users of all experience levels with the Office 365 suite, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance. If you have a passion for software technology, strong communication skills, and enjoy problem-solving with a dedication to customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with internal teams to create SSRS reports and forms through our Kinetic ERP software
- Utilizing Adobe Magento to implement improvements to our customer portal that enhance user experience
- Assist in website updates using WordPress
- User support providing guidance on software usage and assisting with basic troubleshooting
- Work with our IT managed services provider on software upgrades and network troubleshooting
- Documenting and maintaining user guides and technical documents
- Assist with other IT-related tasks and projects as needed and ensure all systems run efficiently
