Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Appointment Setting : Working with our local outside sales team to assist with appointment setting.
- Sales Development : Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell MEG's services and products to meet client needs.
- Lead Management : Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and follow up on sales leads to convert them into business opportunities.
- Quoting & Proposals : Prepare and present accurate quotes and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- CRM Management : Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer and prospect information in the CRM system.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the field sales, marketing, and operations teams to support business growth and client satisfaction.
- Market Research : Monitor industry trends and gather competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
