Sales Account Manager – TSDF Sales and Service

Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to expand our TSDF services across our branch network. This role focuses on developing new business, managing existing accounts, and ensuring customers receive the highest level of service. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, knowledge of environmental regulations, and experience selling non-hazardous waste disposal, treatment, and recycling solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial, manufacturing, utility, fuel terminal, and commercial sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Provide consultative sales support, helping customers navigate waste disposal regulations and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service execution.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing structures tailored to customer needs.
Stay up to date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings.
Meet or exceed sales targets and TSDF revenue and profitability goals.
Qualifications:
5 years of B2B sales experience in environmental services, waste management, or related industries.
Strong understanding of TSDF operations, RCRA, DOT, and state environmental regulations in NY, NJ, and PA.
Proven track record of developing and closing sales opportunities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel within the tri-state territory as needed.
