Duties
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate benefits solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Communicate complex benefits information clearly and effectively to clients and potential customers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of benefit packages to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Provide ongoing support and education to clients regarding their benefits options.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and compliance issues, including HIPAA guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in benefits administration or a related field is preferred.
- Strong background in outside sales with a focus on building client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in telemarketing or lead generation is advantageous.
