Miller Grossbard Advisors is seeking a candidate for the position of Construction Project Manager for one of its premier clients in the residential, luxury home building industry.
The best candidate will possess the following experience/skils:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in the custom, residential home building industry in Houston Proper - Tanglewood, Braeswood, Spring Branch, Bellaire, etc.
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage the complete supervision of multiple high end residential building projects
- The ability to handle direct interaction with high-net-worth individuals and the ability to discuss and document change orders, customer budgets and allowances, and conduct client walks
- Capable of tracking all costs and purchase orders in an online building system, Buildertrend experience a plus
- Experience reviewing and overseeing subcontractors, checking their work quality, scheduling services, following up for warranty
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills are required
- College degree preferred and Bilingual is a plus
