Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through telemarketing and outside sales efforts to promote various insurance products.
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations based on their specific requirements.
- Administer benefits and explain policy features to clients, ensuring they understand their options.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to secure favorable agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the sales administration system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in HIPAA compliance that may affect client policies.
- Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise post-sale.
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with benefits administration and telemarketing practices is advantageous.
