Job Summary:
Automotive Technicians at Miller Hill Subaru are responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance, diagnosing and repairing vehicle concerns, and conducting complete inspections on vehicles with each visit. This role requires strong technical skills, good communication, and great attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
· Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and fluid checks
· Complete inspections on all vehicles to ensure they meet safety and quality standards
· Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and repair vehicle issues including brakes , transmissions, engines, steering & suspension, HVAC, and electrical systems
· Complete training through Subaru of America to achieve and maintain Subaru Technician Certification
· Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance to ensure customers’ satisfaction
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $19 to $40 per hour, paid weekly. Pay is based on experience, training, and productivity, with raises available as you grow within our organization.
