Job Description:
A lead service advisor serves as the main line of communication between customers and automotive technicians. An advisor keeps the customer best interests at all times by identifying and addressing the customer’s automotive concerns and needs. Through active listening, effective and respectful communication, and presenting information in an understandable manner, a service advisor builds loyalty and provides a quality customer experience.
While automotive knowledge is a plus, it is not required! We provide on the job training at Miller Hill Subaru in additional training offered by Subaru of America.
