Customer Service - handling customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive customer experience
Financial Management - controlling expenses, including inventory and labor costs
Operation oversight - ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store cleanliness
Marketing - creating promotional displays, staying current on promotions and encouraging customers to use loyalty rewards program
Scheduling - creating employee work schedules to meet staffing needs
Technology - support the use of Point-of-Sale and inventory management systems
