Primary Responsibilities and Key Deliverables
- Verify cost codes and hours are accurate.
- Enter hours and verify with reports hours are entered correct.
- Accrue all equipment hours and maintain log equipment log.
- Receive time sheets from the field.
- Create change orders for all monthly equipment purchase orders.
- Reconcile equipment hours.
- Finalize billings for prior months.
- Assist in all audits performed.

Work Environment
- Tools, equipment, machinery used: Computers and basic computer systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Working conditions: Normal office environment (on-site and off-site locations), occasional outside work, occasional travel and flexible hours needed (day or night).
- Physical effort required: Sitting, filing, data entry, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds on occasion.
