Miller Johnson, one of Michigan’s largest full-service law firms, is seeking a dedicated and organized Legal Receptionist/Support Services Coordinator to join our Detroit office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with clients, guests, and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Promptly respond to incoming calls and forward them to the appropriate team member.
- Assist with communication with outside vendors, contractors, cleaning services, and property management staff to uphold a professional, safe, and clean facility.
- Coordinate all mail handling, office supplies, equipment maintenance, internal office moves, and conference room scheduling and preparation.
- Organize, prioritize, and process copy jobs and projects for our legal support team and attorneys.
- Perform additional administrative duties as requested.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2-year experience as a receptionist required
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software.
