Job Summary :
The Manager in the Audit department is responsible for providing leadership and supervision to audit staff (Associates, Senior Associates, and Supervisors) and managing external audit engagements. The role provides detailed analysis of findings and coordinates all analytical, technical, and research tasks. The role works with clients, partners, and audit staff in all areas of the audit process, including risk assessment, audit plan programs, and preparing audit reports.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
- Act as coach and mentor to all employees in the Audit department.
- Handle onboarding, training, discipline, and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Oversee the daily workflow of the Audit department.
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the Audit department.

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
