Summary
Boutique family office seeks an Executive Assistant to support the Director of Operations and work on ad hoc projects as they arise. Job will require heavy project management support including first point of contact for escalated technology issues, tech and office space logistics and changes, invoice tracking and reconciliations, vendor management and coordination with multiple external partners and resources. Heavy document management including contract management and organization, Excel document creation for invoice tracking and will become an administrator on various software programs for reporting and data entry. Personal Assistant work required, approximately 10% of the role. 24/7 mentality is needed for success in the seat.
Qualifications
Completed BA/BS degree required. Must have at least 3 years of assistant experience in Financial Services, Legal, Consulting or Accounting in a similarly paced environment. Must have strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Must have strong proof reading skills and be highly organized. Must be flexible with an upbeat, positive personality with the no job is too big or small mentality.
Compensation: $90-115K plus Paid OT & Bonus & Fully Paid for Benefits
