Summary
Global asset management firm is seeking a Team Admin Assistant to support a group of traders on the trading floor. Responsibilities include extensive phone coverage with turret system, heavy calendar management, heavy meeting planning, travel and expenses in Concur, and document creation and revisions in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and other trading desk specific documents. Pick up lunch deliveries for the team and handle any ad-hoc administrative work as needed.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate must have a bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of relevant team support experience, financial services experience required. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong technical skills in Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook, plus strong multi-line phone system skills. Must be a team player who can also be effective working autonomously. Must have proven experience in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking skills.
Compensation: $90-105K plus Bonus & Lunch Paid for Daily & Fully Paid for Benefits
