Summary Description
The Enhancement Crew Member is responsible for assisting the Enhancement Project Manager on smaller scale projects that are completed outside of the regular landscape maintenance service. These projects include installations of plants, mulch, sod, and pine straw along with light drainage work.
Specific Responsibilities
The following duties are typical for this classification. Incumbents may not perform all duties listed and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth below to address business needs and changing business practices.
- Work to assist the Project Manager
- Perform tasks assigned by the Project Manager such as installing sod, planting flowers and trees, installing mulch and pine straw, etc.
- Complete job within established time frame
- Advance within the training program in skill and knowledge
- Keep truck organized and neat
- Use equipment properly to keep in good condition
- Follow directions to complete work with little assistance
- Check job site for tools after completion
Duties

- Attend regular department meetings
