Lawn Fertilization Technician
Full Job Description:
Miller Landscape Inc., serving Oakland County for over 50 years, is seeking additional MDA licensed applicators to service our commercial and residential client base.
Overview:
Lawn Care Technician will apply fertilizer and pesticides according to state regulations while maintaining and building strong client relations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience - Lawn Fertilization of 1 year
- License/Certificates – MDARD 3A, 3B.
- Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
- Correctly identify lawn issues and diagnose appropriate recommendations
- Document completed work legibly and accurately daily
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Willing to work in all weather conditions if required
- Strong work ethic, dependable, good attitude
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate lawns and note issues and/or concerns.
- Educate clients on best practices, products, and results.
- Build and maintain customer relations.
- Communicate with Account Manager about any issues in the field.
- Keep work vehicle and equipment clean and organized.
- Ability to work independently or with others.
- Ability and eagerness to learn is a PLUS

Full Time
$20.00 - $25.00 per hr. (depending on experience).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
