Responsibilities
- Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
- Utilize software tools to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of customer communications.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction for both the company and the client.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients, in addition to providing ongoing technical support.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team and help as needed with shipping and receiving of orders.
- Utilize inventory management system and accounting software to help monitor customer order flow.
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or ecommerce is preferred.
- Familiarity with Cin7, Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel or similar software is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- A background in technical sales is a plus, as it will aid in understanding complex product offerings.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships with clients is crucial.
