DUTIES: Under supervision of lawyers, draft documents needed for legal filings including legal briefs, forms, and correspondence. A successful candidate will manage a high volume of cases including monitoring and meeting deadlines, communicating with clients, coworkers, and government entities. This position also involves calendaring of meetings and deadlines for parties involved in their casework, as well as coordinating preparation and receipt of evidence with multiple parties.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Associate’s degree or higher
· Strong organizational skills
· Self-guided and self-motivated with completing job duties
· Ability to handle high volume case load while maintaining high level of productivity
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated attention to detail
· Flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Two or more years of experience as a paralegal in a professional office
· Bachelor’s Degree
