What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medicare Sales Agent position at Miller Medicare Group?
This is a contract remote role for Medicare 1099 Agents. A 1099 Medicare agent, also known as a Medicare sales representative, conduct in-depth consultations with Medicare recipients to assess their healthcare needs and determine eligibility for Medicare plans available in their area. They explain features, benefits, and coverage options of various Medicare plans to assist recipients make informed decisions by addressing questions and concerns, providing clear and concise information. They also help recipients understand their options for prescription drug, vision, and dental policies.
Qualifications
MUST READ! DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET QUALIFICATIONS:
1099 Medicare agents will need: MUST HAVE ACTIVE HEALTH LICENSE, at least 10 State Licenses or willing to obtain, 2025 AHIP (may obtain during onboarding), contract with our carriers (MUST GET APPOINTED WITH FOLLOWING & NO EXCEPTIONS: HUMANA, UHC, AETNA, CIGNA, WELLCARE, ANTHEM, DEVOTED, AND MOLINA), MUST BE RELEASED OR TERMINATED FROM PREVIOUS/CURRENT UPLINE, MEDICARE EXPERIENCE 6 MONTHS or more, top producer CONVERTING AT 15% or above, and comfortable working remote.
Onboarding will begin12/09/2024 with expectations of being on the phones by January 6 2025.
