Office Assistant Job Summary:

We are in search of an Office Assistant who will be involved in communication with families we serve along with general office tasks. Possessing a service attitude, organization and self-motivation are essential to this role. Attention to detail, computer skills and multi-tasking are also necessary.

Office Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Greet clients.
- Prepare mailings and type documents.
- Process paperwork and orders.
- Complete general office filing and storage.
- Update and maintain databases.
- Monitor office supplies.
- Build knowledge to assist clients.
Office Assistant Qualifications:
- Experience in office setting.
- Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Numeracy and literacy skills.
- Training to be provided.
