We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing department across a variety of functions. This role is perfect for someone who loves luxury automobiles, has a creative mindset, and enjoys executing marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence and customer engagement.
What You’ll Do:
- Digital & Email Marketing: Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns to engage and retain our elite clientele.
- Event Planning & Execution: Organize and manage high-end automotive events, exclusive client experiences, and brand activations.
- Brand Compliance & Merchandising: Oversee branded stationery, merchandise, and apparel while ensuring alignment with manufacturer guidelines.
- Website Management: Maintain and update content across all brand and eCommerce websites.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor marketing performance with weekly and monthly reports, along with ad-hoc analysis as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for luxury automobiles and the automotive industry.
- 1 years of marketing experience or relevant internships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional presence.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications or Digital Media.
- Experience in luxury marketing or event planning
- Graphic design proficiency
