We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our team and work directly with our owner and field staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to capture the essence of our projects and company culture. This role involves creating high-quality video content for marketing, promotional, and internal purposes, highlighting the unique aspects of our landscaping and pool construction services.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the owner to develop and execute video content strategies that align with the company’s goals and vision.
- Film and produce high-quality video content, including project showcases, client testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional materials.
- Capture the transformation of outdoor spaces from start to finish, highlighting the design and construction process.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects.
- Operate and maintain video equipment, ensuring all technical aspects are handled proficiently.
- Manage and organize a video library for easy access and archival purposes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques to enhance video production quality.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Videographer, preferably in a similar industry (construction, landscaping, real estate, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing video production skills and creative storytelling.
- Experience with professional video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Excellent visual composition and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends based on project requirements.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a videographer.
- Education: High School Diploma required

Compensation and Benefits
